  • 3/4 cup icing sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 1/4 tsp Almond Flavouring
  • 1 cup Marcelle's Flour Blend
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/2 cup blanched almonds finely chopped


  1. Beat the butter, ½ cup of icing sugar and almond flavor in bowl until combined. Add 1 cup of Marcelle's Flour Blend and mix well.

  2. Roll the dough into 3 in long logs about 1" diameter or smaller, brush with egg white.

  3. Spread Almonds on a sheet of wax paper, roll each log in the almonds until coated.

  4. Place about 1 in apart on cookie sheet.

  5. Bake at 325 for 15 to 18 min (until just golden brown)

  6. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with ¼ cup icing sugar until coated.

  7. Cool and Enjoy
