Almond Cookies Recipe
Gluten Free Almond Cookies
Mouth watering gluten free almond cookies recipe for you to bake at home. Uses our Marcelle's Flour Blend. Easy to make.
- 3/4 cup icing sugar
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 1/4 tsp Almond Flavouring
- 1 cup Marcelle's Flour Blend
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 cup blanched almonds finely chopped
Beat the butter, ½ cup of icing sugar and almond flavor in bowl until combined. Add 1 cup of Marcelle's Flour Blend and mix well.
Roll the dough into 3 in long logs about 1" diameter or smaller, brush with egg white.
Spread Almonds on a sheet of wax paper, roll each log in the almonds until coated.
Place about 1 in apart on cookie sheet.
Bake at 325 for 15 to 18 min (until just golden brown)
Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with ¼ cup icing sugar until coated.
