The Artisan Bread Mix is our most versatile product, it makes a Loaf of bread, dinner rolls, hamburger bun, baguette, and a very good pizza. All from one bag, the loaf has the texture of a rye bread. This can stay mixed in your fridge in a covered bowl for up to 4 days, and you can make any of the above when needed. We have a number of videos on how to make different products from this mix.

Instructions
Add 2 eggs and cup of water, use hook attachment, you can do this by hand. Cover bowl tight with plastic wrap. Put in fridge over night. Dust counter with corn starch, knead bread. Brush with egg just before it goes in the oven (this browns the bread). You can now cook the whole loaf or cut and cook as needed, this dough will last 4 or 5 days in the fridge tightly wrapped. Cook at 350F, the whole loaf will take 50 min or more, depending on oven. Use a knife to test if cooked.
