Gluten Free Banana Muffin Mix

Ingredients: Marcelle`s Flour Blend (bean, tapioca, corn starch, potato starch)raw sugar, Brown sugar, baking soda, salt
What you need to supply:
  • Mixer,
  • Muffin tin or loaf pan
  • 5  ripe bananas
  • 3  eggs
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
Directions: Empty 1 bag of Marcelle’s dry Banana Muffin Mix in a bowl add eggs, vegetable oil, banana, and vanilla ex. mix well.  To make a nice change you can add fresh berries or 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Bake at 350 F for 25 to 35 minutes (depending on your oven).
