Gluten Free Biscotti Mix
Better than any Biscotti I have tried, I find most Biscotti to sweet, this one allows the flavor of the cranberry to influence it. Easy to make and will last a very long time on your counter.
Directions: Mix wet and dry in bowl, this dough is very sticky. Place on baking sheet. Wet your hands and shape dough into a rectangle a 1/2 in thick. Bake at 350 for 15 min, should be crispy but not hard. Cut in 1 in widths Bake 20 min at 350 take out and let cool. Done!
What you need to supply:
- 1 cup almond slivers
- 1 cup cranberries
- 1/3 cup soft butter
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla Ex.
