Gluten Free Carrot Muffin Mix
Empty 1 bag of Marcelle’s dry Carrot Muffin Mix in a bowl add eggs, vegetable oil, grated carrots, crushed pineapple drained well and nuts mix till blended .Bake at 350 F for 20 to 25 minutes Check with a knife to see that they have been cooked through (the knife should come out clean). Enjoy! Makes 10 to12 muffins or 1 cake layer 9×13 inch pan.
