Chocolate Cake Dry Mix
Empty Marcelle’s chocolate cake mix into bowl. Melt choc. chips and add to bowl. Add all wet ingredients and mix well. Grease 3 - 9 inch pans and spread batter evenly. Bake at 350F for approx. 25 - 30 minutes.Check cake with toothpick when clean cake is done.
ICING: In bowl1/2 cup Veg shortening, 1/2 cup butter,3 cups icing sugar 1/4 cup sour cream, 2 tsp vanilla extract, and 1/3 cup milk, 1/2 cup cocoa, 1/2 cup chocolate chips melted mix until well blended

- 1/2 cup soft butter
- 1/2 cup choc. chip
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cup sour cream
- 3 eggs
