Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
Ingredients: Marcelle’s Flour blend (bean flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, corn starch), sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, salt.
Empty 1 bag of Marcelle’s dry Chocolate Chip Cookie mix in a bowl add egg, vanilla extract, and butter mix until well blended add chocolate chips. Make 1 inch balls drop onto greased cookie sheet, 1 inch apart, flatten each ball with fork.Bake at 350 F until golden brown for approximately 8 to 10 minutes (depending on your oven). Makes about 30 cookies.
