Keto 90 Second Loaf

Directions: Beat one large egg, add 1 tsp vinegar add   1 TBL melted butter, add 1 TBL Olive oil, add two TBL of keto loaf mix stir well. Pour into microwave-safe mug Microwave 90 seconds, you can add 1/4 cup grated cheese, or mushrooms and herbs.

I like to use a soup mug or something with a wide bottom, bread comes out like pancake just microwave 70 seconds in this recipe
