What you need to supply: frying pan, gluten free flour, 3/4 cup water, 1/4 cup Yogurt
Directions: Place water, Yogurt, and bag of mix in bowl, mix by hand ,this is a wet dough. Dust counter heavily with gluten free flour, we recommend Marcelle’s Flour Blend. Knead well until dough is thick enough to roll into golf size balls. Roll out each ball of dough as thin as possible. Place in frying pan, “Cast iron” medium to high heat. Cook on each side of Nan bread until brown. Serve
