Gluten Free Peanut Butter Cookie Mix

Ingredients: Marcelle’s Flour Blend, baking soda, baking powder


Add 1 1/4 cup Peanut butter, 2 eggs, 1 cup of butter,   3/4 white sugar, 3/4 cup brown sugar, whip until smooth. Add pouch of dry mix, mix until dough like, place parchment paper on bake sheet, roll dough into 1 in balls, place on bake sheet. Using fork flatten to 1/4 in thick. Place in fridge for 30 minutes, then bake at 375 for 10 minutes cookies should be a light brown.
