Gluten Free Pierogies Mix
Make perfect gluten free pierogies every time.
Instructions
In a bowl mix pierogi dry mix, 7 large eggs, 1/4 cup vegetable oil.
Flour or Oil surface to roll out dough and cut into 4 in circles with cookie cutter.
Cover pierogi circles with a damp cloth while preparing filling.
Fill each circle with filling. Wet fingers and fold each circle in half, pressing the edges together.
Cook as desired or freeze. Enjoy
