The Pizza’s freeze well the wraps not so much, if used fresh the wraps are great. I put the wraps over top of my stir fry to soften them up after been frozen. The Pizza’s I would bake for 5 minutes and then put the toppings on and cook until the bottom of the crust is brown.
Add 4 Large eggs to 4 cups of warm water to mixing bowl using whisk attachment, add in a bag of mix slowly. The mix should be smooth. Place 2/3 cup between two parchment papers on bake sheet. To make wrap press down with flat surface until 10 in, to make med pizza place 2 cups between papers, 3 cups makes large 16 in pizza. bake 350 10 min Wrap/ 15 min pizza. Now you can bag and freeze the pizza or wraps, they will only last 2 to 3 days not frozen.
