Very light batter to be used with fish, chicken, onion rings
Ingredients: Corn starch, Potato starch, Brown rice, Tapioca starch, Baking Powder, Baking Soda
Directions: Add 3/4 to 1 cup of cold water depending on how thick you want your batter. Add Tempura mix to bowl and mix until smooth. You will have to keep mixing as you use this product. The extra mixture can be placed in the fridge for up to 5 days.
