Gluten Free Tortilla Mix
In bowl add 2 eggs and 2 1/4 cup of water to dry mix. Blend until smooth, place parchment paper on baking sheet, place 1/4 cup of mix on parchment paper, add 2 to 3 more. Place a second parchment paper on top and press down on each one with flat surface (a pie tin). Each should be 4 to 5 in diameter, bake 10 to 12 minutes at 350F.
