What you need to supply:
- Mixer, Muffin tin.
- 1/3 Cup raisins
- 1/3 Cup walnuts
- 11/2 cups grated Zucchini
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions: Empty 1 bag of Marcelle’s dry Zucchini Muffin Mix in a bowl add eggs, vegetable oil, molasses, vanilla, grated zucchini, and add raisin/nut mix well. Bake at 350 F for approximately 30 to 40 minutes (depending on your oven). Use a tray that makes12 muffins Spray pan. do not overfill cups. This recipe does not rise much. Very moist in texture
