Chocolate Cake Dry Mix

Empty Marcelle’s chocolate cake mix into bowl. Melt choc. chips and add to bowl. Add all wet ingredients and mix well. Grease 3 - 9 inch pans and spread batter evenly. Bake at 350F for approx. 25 - 30 minutes.Check cake with toothpick when clean cake is done.

ICING: In bowl1/2 cup Veg shortening, 1/2 cup butter,3 cups icing sugar 1/4 cup sour cream, 2 tsp vanilla extract, and 1/3 cup milk, 1/2 cup cocoa, 1/2 cup chocolate chips melted mix until well blended

What you need to supply:

  • Mixer, 3 - 9 inch pans
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup soft butter
  • 1/2 cup choc. chip
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cup sour cream
  • 3 eggs

Ingredents: Marcelle's flour ( bean flour, tapioca, corn starch, potato starch)cane sugar, cocoa powder, salt baking soda.
