Ingredients: Marcelle's Flour Blend, baking soda, baking powder

Directions: Add 1 1/4 cup Peanut butter, 2 eggs, 1 cup of butter, 3/4 white sugar, 3/4 cup brown sugar, whip until smooth Add pouch of dry mix, mix until dough like, place parchment paper on bake sheet, roll dough into 1 in balls, place on bake sheet. Using fork flatten to 1/4 in thick. Then bake at 350 for 10 minutes (depending on oven) cookies should be a light brown.
