Ingredients: Marcelle's Pasta Flour Blend (tapioca starch, corn starch, potato flour, flava)

What you need to supply: 7 EGGS 1/4 CUP VEG OIL, PERGOIE FILLING, EXTRA FLOUR FOR DUSTING

IN A BOWL MIX 7 EGGS, 1/4 CUP VEGETABLE OILADD PEROGIE MIX FROM BAG MIX, WRAP THE DOUGH ONCE MIXED, LET REST IN FRIDGE FOR 30 MINUITES, KEEP DOUGH COVERED WHILE USING A DUST COUNTER AND ROLLING PIN. ROLL OUT DOUGH AND CUT INTO CIRCLES WITH COOKIE CUTTER. COVER THE PEROGIE DOUGH WITH DAMP CLOTH UNTIL NEEDED.

COOK AS DESIRED OR FREEZE
